Returns & Exchanges

Our ultimate goal is to provide you with a perfectly matched foundation, every time. All BoldHue devices and pigment cartridges are thoroughly tested, inspected, and proven through repeated quality checks. We’re confident you will love your BoldHue Device and incorporate it into your regular routine.

If you experience any technical issues, our customer support team will work with you to troubleshoot and resolve the problem before beginning the return process. View our Help Center for general questions, tutorials, and issue resolution.

If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, our return and exchange policy is outlined below:

 

Devices

We offer a 30-day (from date of delivery), no questions asked, money-back guarantee for your BoldHue device.  We strongly advise keeping the original packaging during the 30-day period.  

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@boldhue.com with your order number, reason for return, and a request to initiate a return.

  2. Our customer support team will send you a return shipping label.

    • Please only use the provided prepaid label and shipping method.

    • Do not purchase your own postage or use a different courier.

Returning Your Device

Once you receive your return label:

  1. Pack your item securely and attach the provided label.

  2. Drop the package off to the courier listed on the label at your convenience.

Important:

  • You have 30 days from the date the return label is issued to drop off your package to the courier for any refund to be issued.

  • If the package is never dropped off or dropped off on day 31 or later to the courier, no refund will be issued.

Refunds

  • Once the device is received by our return processing center, we will initiate a refund for the price of the kit minus shipping to your original payment method.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days (depending on your financial institution) for the refund to appear on your original payment method.

Customs & Duties:
Any applicable customs or duties (e.g., returns from Canada, U.S. military bases, or freight forwarders) must be pre-paid by the customer.

1-Year Warranty

If your device is outside the 30-day return window, we offer a 1-year hardware warranty, subject to conditions.

Please email support@boldhue.com with your:

  • Order number: Confirmation email or view your order (Login to your account: use the same email address that was used to place your order)

  • Device name: The 4-digit alphanumeric name shown as “BoldHue - ####” on your account page (when your BoldHue device is connected via Bluetooth to the BoldHue App)

  • Detailed description of the issue: Please provide any photos, videos or screenshots to help resolve as quickly and efficiently as possible

 

Pigment Cartridges

Our pigment concentrate cartridges are designed to work together to provide our customers with a perfect match to their skin tone.  Inquiries about the pigment concentrate cartridges will be handled on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal to make our customers happy.  Please email support@boldhue.com with your order number for further assistance.

Refunds/Returns/Exchanges:  Due to sanitary reasons, we cannot offer returns/exchanges. All pigment concentrate cartridges are final sale.

Defects: We rigorously check our pigment concentrate cartridges for quality control.  If you feel you have received a defective product, please email support@boldhue.com with your order number, a clear photo of defective cartridge, and a brief description of the issue within 48 hours of receipt.

 

Please note that BoldHue is currently only available and designed to work within the United States as we focus on our domestic launch.

Due to legal restrictions, BoldHue’s patented technology is not supported for use outside of the U.S. Attempting to operate the device and/or products internationally will result in improper functionality and voids all warranties associated with BoldHue products. Resale or third-party distribution is strictly prohibited.
